News Feed UPGRADE, did anything change?

A month ago, Mark Zuckerberg announced yet another upgrade to the News Feed algorithm. What do we expect to happen? Nothing new.. What happened? A mass hysteria broke out about how Facebook will destroy millions of businesses, about how Facebook advertising is dead and, last but not least, for the thousandth time it was repeated that Organic reach is dead. Over the last 10 years, these things have been declared more than 100 times. Every change leads to something, but it is never as "BIG" as they try to make it seem. What do they gain? They are trying to tell you: "You can't do without us", "Learn from us", "We will help you"...

A month ago Mark Zuckerberg announced yet another upgrade to the News Feed algorithm. They are trying to tell you: "You can't do without us“, „Learn from us“, „We will help you", everyone is shouting the same thing in unison.screen shot 2018 02 09 at 14.03.38 1Here's exactly how much things changed over the last 10 days? Ahead you can see what budget we used to achieve these results...The truth..1. We don't just "run ads", marketers have far more complex tasks than fighting every change on the social network. You need us for thousands of reasons, but not this one.[ We can manage your Facebook page and your advertising. Send a consultation request. ]2. Changes to the Facebook algorithm started in 2011. They affected News Feed several times; what happened a month ago is not new, they simply told the whole world what they have been doing for years. 3. Organic reach is alive and will remain so for those who create quality content.screen shot 2018 02 09 at 14.08.44A page with 50k fans reaches an average of 5%, and that's even without posting every day. Often our posts reach 10-15% of the people who liked the page, and 40% of the posts are sales-oriented. 4. The much-advertised UPGRADE only indirectly affects the advertising platform. Why? I say indirectly because pages that do not create quality content will notice a drop in reach, which will lead them to spend more money on advertising; therefore, competition will increase, and in turn this will lead to higher prices.screen shot 2018 02 09 at 14.20.12We managed to achieve the result shown above with this amount, yes that's right ROAS 15.9!!!! There is hardly better proof that Facebook advertising works! 5. Yes, we really do notice a drop in Organic reach, but on the other hand, engagement with each of our posts is increasing. Our content reaches our fans without them having to go through tons of content that does not interest them.. And vice versa.. Those who do not like us simply do not see us - no stress. 6. The mass psychosis led to people abandoning the platform for quite a few people, and it can definitely be said that the change brought a positive effect.[ We can manage your Facebook page and your advertising. Send a consultation request. ]Summary..The results of the businesses we manage this month are significantly better than in February last year. Organic reach is alive, the platform is alive, and the money we pay for advertising has not increased significantly. We believe this will continue to be the case going forward. I believe that whoever creates quality content and value for their fans will be a step ahead of everyone, regardless of what the owners and shareholders at Facebook decide. So.. do not give in to mass psychosis; generally speaking, it is caused either by people who are poorly informed or by people who have an interest. Tell us in the comments, have you noticed a change in the performance of organic posts?
