What experience stands behind the agency?
Founder Evgeniy Dimitrov has worked with web technologies since 2001. 88Lab’s portfolio includes Banker, Pulse Fitness & Spa, CoolFit, and the Chamber of Builders in Bulgaria - with different audiences and technical challenges.
Do you work with businesses like ours?
We’ve worked on projects in sports, tourism, media, retail, and services. More important than the sector are the task, the people who will use the solution, and the opportunity to be useful. We discuss this in the very first call.
Do we need to have a ready brief?
No. It’s enough to know what you want to change or achieve. We help clarify the pages, features, priorities, and required materials.
What happens after the inquiry?
We reply within 24 hours. We clarify the task, available materials, and expected timeline, then prepare a proposal with a defined scope.
How do we agree on price, timeline, and responsibilities?
After the task is clarified, you receive a proposal with scope, stages, deadlines, and price. Hosting, licenses, ad budget, and maintenance are listed separately when applicable.
Can we work together if we are not in Sofia?
Yes. We organize calls, design presentations, and feedback online. Location does not change the stages or agreed commitments.
Will you support us after launch too?
We can continue with technical support, content, advertising, and development. We clarify the specific tasks and conditions so you know who handles the next step.
